Australia wide delivery via Australia Post is charged at a flat rate of:
$8.50

Orders over $125 are eligible for free shipping

- only available on orders shipped within Australia

*Whimsy Child uses Express post delivery, or registered standard post for bulky items.

If you would prefer an alternate form of post please contact us to arrange this.

Packages are mailed the same day (whenever possible) or next working day.

If your order is unusually heavy or bulky, then there will be an additional charge shown when entered at checkout & clearly marked on product page.

at Whimsy Child, we process all parcels within 24 hours
of receiving your order & cleared payment.

All international orders will be sent via standard Australia Post Air Mail.

Delivery times can vary, please contact us if you would like an estimation.

Any loss/damage will not be covered unless insurance is taken on your parcel.

If you would like to arrange insurance, or registered postage on your order, please contact us to arrange payment of the additional charges.

NB. if your parcel is significantly cheaper to post we will refund you the extra shipping costs
